Sara O’Brien

As a young girl, I came to love the beauty industry. I loved watching my stylist grandmother do perms, cuts and colors, and I was always up for a new style myself, which made for some very stylish school photos throughout the years! Since graduating from Cosmetology school in 2000, I have absolutely loved my career. I love to further my knowledge and keep up with the latest techniques by taking continuing education. I have enjoyed traveling from California to New York, and many places in-between to take some of the best hands on education classes.

In the last 10 years I’ve become aware of the large amount of chemicals used in the beauty industry. For your safety, and for mine, I’m always researching the best, non toxic, natural color and products on the market, but also the products that work. I don’t believe beauty should have to be toxic, which is why I’m proud to partner with Davines hair color and retail products. I also carry Pureology and Surface.

For the last 20 years I have enjoyed spending my career working in the Eden Prairie area, but I am so excited to be closer to home and work in the beautiful community of Prior Lake.

In my personal life, I am a wife and a mother to 3 amazing children. I love spending time with my family and being outdoors on our country property. I enjoy travel, gardening, knitting, baking, and taking care of our chickens and dogs.

The best part of my job is helping you feel beautiful from the inside out. I specialize in color, cuts and specialty styles for weddings. I’d love the chance to meet you!
